3T Leadership Conference – FAQs for International Delegates

 

1. What airport should I fly into?

You should fly into Murtala Muhammed International Airport (LOS) in Lagos, Nigeria.

 

2. Will airport pickup and drop-off be provided?

Yes, the organizing team will provide airport pickup and drop-off for international delegates.

Further details will be shared upon registration.

 

3. Do I need a visa to enter Nigeria?

Yes, most international delegates will require a Nigerian visa. We will provide an invitation

letter upon request to support your visa application.

 

4. Where in NIgeria is the conference happening?

In the city of Lagos.

 

5. What is the exchange rate to the dollar?

N1585-1USD. Keeps fluctuating

 

6. What is the official dress code for the conference?

The dress code is business casual for most sessions. Delegates are encouraged to bring at

least one cultural or traditional attire, casuals for outdoor team bonding session and formal

attire for the leadership conference

 

7. Is travel insurance required?

We highly recommend that all international delegates obtain travel insurance covering health,

travel delays, and personal belongings.

 

8. What languages will be used at the conference?

The official language of the conference is English. There would be interpretation service

provided for French

 

9. How many delegates are expected per country?

Two - EQUIP will cover accommodation, feeding and ground transport for The Country

Coordinator and an additional delegate. Additional delegates can register to attend at $350 per

person.

10. Is there support for delegates with special needs?

Yes, please indicate any special mobility, dietary, or health needs in your registration form,

and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

 

11. Can I stay for extra days before or after the conference?

 

Yes you are welcome to have a longer experience time in Nigeria. Please send an email to the

12. How is the weather in Nigeria?

Lagos has a tropical climate, characterized by warm temperatures and high

humidity year-round. The city experiences two main seasons: a dry season

(November to April) and the rainy season (May to October).
