The EQUIP Africa Regional 3T Leadership Conference is a flagship continental gathering organized by the EQUIP/John Maxwell Leadership Foundation. The 2025 edition, scheduled to hold from November 19–21, 2025, in Lagos State, Nigeria, will convene influential leaders from over 28 African nations for three days of training, transformation, and the transfer of leadership values that shape nations. This conference aligns with EQUIP’s long-standing mission to develop values-based, transformational leaders worldwide, with a focus on equipping African leaders to become catalysts for national and continental transformation. Previous conferences were held in Tanzania, Liberia, Malawi and Kenya.
